Great initiative but almost 70% Fare controller's (FC) don't know about this they have 0 knowledge about this so that they ask for cash I travel daily in FR buses and I'm facing same problem everyday atleast you have tell them about this. The situation is this we are telling them about this app not them however the app is Great 👍

The CDA has made good efforts, but improvements are needed. The bus GPS is inaccurate, showing the location about 30 seconds behind. The app also doesn't provide real-time updates. Resolving these issues would greatly help daily commuters. I appreciate the CDA's work and hope for future improvements, including updating the payment system.

THE APP IS GLITCHY. THE CREATE CARDS OPTION DOES NOT SHOW A LOT OF THE TIMES. The Online Topup Is Glitched It Keeps Saying Transaction Has Been Declined Even Before Selecting A Payment Method. I was only able to topup one time 😔

It does not show any route or function without signing in and the app is stuck at sign up stage. it doesn't send verification code to the given email nor gives any other option to sign up.
