Back exercises in 15 minutes a day: Stretching for Back Pain Relief
When you first start, repeat each exercise a few times. Then increase the number of times you do an exercise as it gets easier for you. If you're beginning an exercise program due to ongoing upper back pain or after a back injury, talk to a physical therapist or another member of your health care team about activities that are safe for you.
Exercises for lower back and hip pain are something that should be included in your daily routine, particularly if you are experiencing pain such as sciatica pain or stiffness, or if you’re just starting to get older, one of the many causes of lower back pain. These exercises don’t have to take up much of your time.
Back pain lower back is common, and many things can cause it. Specific stretches can relieve lower back pain and improve the flexibility of the inflamed muscles.
After any pain in lower right back problem, it’s important to get movement and strength upper back muscle. This supports tissue healing and will help you get moving again.
You may not be able to return to your usual exercise levels immediately and improvements may be slow to start with. However, a gradual return to normal activities is the best way to get good short and long term results after a muscle spasm in back problem.
When doing exercise you should listen to your upper middle back pain levels, especially in the early stages. You may find that these exercises increase your symptoms slightly in the beginning. However, they should get easier over time and, with regular practice, can help to improve movement in the back.
If the exercises do cause some discomfort then taking prescribed medication from your GP or pharmacist may help to keep you exercising.

I like this app. Instructions for the exercises are easy to follow and I can feel how my body is effected. I can't help but think they are doing me good. I am 75 and experiencing chronic pain in my lower back, right side. Thank you too that the information is free. No expensive joining fees!
I'm suffering from L3 and L4 stenosis . These exercises are very helpful in loosening and strengthening thus area.
May be good if you have a healthy spine to start. I'm 73 with spinal fusion. The exercises I can do cause increased nerve pain, more than I can endure. Thanks anyway.
Cannot go to the extersise without getting cookies by the large volume this is not letting you read to follow the extersises. And you have to allow cookies if not the app will not be showing the extersises.
