After playing this developer's game "Town Mystery" I had to seek out their other titles. This is a less plot driven but equally charming puzzle game that I am enjoying greatly. It feels just the right difficulty level, where about 90% of the puzzles are solvable if you consider everything involved. Once in a while, I will use the hint button, usually resulting in "I should have thought of that!" and only rarely resulting in "How was I supposed to know that?" 9/10.
A pretty decent escape room puzzle game that, whilst pretty compelling to see where the idea of the setting would go, had some issue with certain characters. An influencer type character being one of the acts' protagonists was a little bit of a one-note character type, but luckily didn't overstay the welcome. All in all though, a good game that does have some room for improvement.
I really want to like this game, and most of it's very fun, but the problem is I'm colorblind and there are so many puzzles that rely on people able to see colors "perfectly" that force me to use hints. Ex. the numbers on the back of the cards in Round I - Room 4 Gambling. I tried so many options on card values before using the hints to see there were numbers on the back of them. Please consider who's playing these games and stop relying on colors only for puzzle identification.
it started out fine. puzzles were normal, maybe a little finicky but I enjoyed myself but by the end of the first character I was finding myself annoyed at puzzles and how they have seemingly no connection for example, in one puzzle you're supposed to just guess to count the people on the TV and use that as a passcode elsewhere I found myself just hitting everything looking for the answers until giving up and using the "hints" which just shows you the solution anyways characters were fun though
the game is/was fun. really enjoyed it. right up until they started putting timer on the game. so im deleting game. I dont play as fast as other. and simple tired of having to start over ever 7 minutes. I cant even get hints last enough to even help. so good bye game. this sucks cause I really did like this game. tried the other game they mske like this. that sucks right from the get go. the developers of game need to fix this.
