YOUSE - equipment pooling service by Kiloutou
The YOUSE solution created by Kiloutou is a solution for pooling equipment, with a CSR perspective. A single machine will be made available for the entire site via a single lessor and subcontractors.
The objective of this application is to serve the site with this innovative pooling tool and to be able to have significant CSR impacts such as the following:
> Minimizing overall rental costs
> Reduced site footprint by reducing the number of materials for the same purpose
> Optimized management of safety on the site, giving each driver access to equipment according to their authorizations & authorizations
> Logistical and financial gain by using this solution while reducing the site's carbon footprint
A web management tool and an application constitute the YOUSE solution, the lessor and the sub-tenants will then be able to optimize their equipment on a given site with referenced drivers. The equipment on a construction site can only be used by a holder of the magnetic card registered and referenced, depending on the reservation made on the application, in order to optimize the time of use of the equipment.
To manage to optimize your construction site, YOUSE offers many arguments for the management of your construction site:
> A unique magnetic badge for each driver with the driving authorizations entered in the solution
> Access control for people authorized to drive each piece of equipment, additional security on your site
> The insurance of users declared in the application in order to work in the best conditions
> Management via a simple and intuitive diary to make a reservation of equipment as one reserves a meeting room, according to different rights according to the profile of the user
> Usage report created automatically via usage, the latter will be instantly transmitted to the linked YOUSE website with an analysis and follow-up of the material with photographs and comments
The main interests for the lessor and the users are the following:
> Have a shared agenda throughout the site and reserve a few clicks
> Control access to authorized and declared persons
> Optimize the use of equipment on site
> Reference the inventory of the equipment at each use [photographs and checklist]
> Coverage of each material via user linked to his company
> Declaration of claims and increased responsiveness with your rental company, Kiloutou
> Usage report usable for the lessor vis-à-vis the subcontractors and vice versa
The final utility of YOUSE is organized around a contract between Kiloutou and the main lessor on the site, as well as between the latter and the subcontractors. The subcontractors by signing this said contract will have a contractual relationship with the rental company which is linked to it in Kiloutou.
Each site driver will therefore be listed with a unique card, empowering the customer via the application. A planning slot will be created, in advance or directly, with the users for the equipment who will have to carry out an inventory for each change of driver.
Once the equipment has been returned, a usage report will be available on the agenda and on the YOUSE website in order to analyze the history of the equipment, and therefore its use. The equipment is monitored with a start and end inventory, attesting to its condition, making the driver responsible.
The YOUSE solution is available in libraries, but exclusively privately. Each company must establish a contract with Kiloutou to give the right to register users with their prior agreement.
