Overall performance is good. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the number customization. I can't really look for my preferred number, instead it only gives us a list of available numbers which I don't like but I have no choice but to get one to try the service. Hope in the next app update, kindly include a search tool for us to fully customize our preferred mobile number by keying in our chosen number patterns or combinations. Wala pa din VoLTE & VoWiFi unlike other Smart brands.

You should sell a physical sim if you want to access the intended market for this sub-Smart brand. E-sim compatibility is mostly for higher end phones at the moment.

Not compatible with physical SIM. The majority of Filipinos still use physical SIM cards, so limiting it only to eSIM makes it inconvenient and impractical. It forces users to upgrade or change their setup when many telcos in the Philippines still rely heavily on traditional SIM usage. Honestly, it’s better to use the app of other telcos that still support both physical SIM and eSIM for more flexibility.
