I like using this app, I get messages from all the members of ateez and I feel connected. The one thing I ask is if you guys can add an auto translate like when you have the app open when someone is messaging and it will auto translate. I hate having to click on each one to translate it. I know bubble does that.

Recently it doesnt give me notifications when my Artis send messages. there is not even any symbols on the app icon that shows that there are unread messages. So I have no means to know that there are new messages unless I go into the app. please fix bcs there is no point of this app I were to read the messages late, it's supposed to be a means of real time(sort of) communication platform right? 🙄

App is very glitchy. I get notifications that the idol I've subscribed to has sent new messages, but they won't load in the actual chat, sometimes for a day or two, even after properly closing and restarting the app. Edit: I just sent a message in the hopes it'd cause previous messages to show. I got new messages, but none of the ones in between my messages and I probably won't ever get to see them now 🙃

It was fine previously, but i haven't been getting any notifications when my artiste sends messages for the past few weeks. I thought they didnt send any but turned out i missed so many! Checked my phone settings, notification settings, permissions, battery settings etc. but still not getting any notifications! Please fix. I am paying for the service!
