5 Stars for Wear OS support! Barely any airlines, if any, have support for Wear OS or Tizen OS. Kudos to KE for this. Anyways, the app is very sleek and easy to use. The modern ecosystem is very nice to see with the KE app.

It works but it's basically the same as the website and doesn't support Google wallet for some crazy bizarre reason. If you import the "export" photo into Wallet it will recognize it as a boarding pass but will remove the pre-check logo. Which we all know is incredibly important to TSA agents. Edit: I will accept the explanation given as a sufficient excuse. "Officially" Korea doesn't have Google wallet yet, still annoying though.

Mostly okay. When trying to use for auto check-In, it fails with generic error "communication failed , please in a few minutes"

Very disappointed. I took KAL to Jeju a few years back and it was wonderful with at least a cup of coffee for the hour long flight. Now all the stewardess does is check seat belt and a waste of resources. Also, I paid more for KAL as I thought we will not have to transfer by buses but that was not to be. So many flights and it was a mess at gimpo if you are not a frequent flyer. Expect better service from KAL.

App is confusing, not user friendly at all. I tried to do simple things like change seat assignments. The app allows me to go all the way through the process, entering all the information, then when it's expected that the result will be achieved at the very end it produces a result that says my session has been reset and I am back to the beginning. Except that it has deleted the previously assigned seats. If something can't be done it should tell you up front, not after everything has been done
