Thank you, the app works again, and hopefully, all will be well going forward. App no longer works. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with latest version and still it does not work. Very disappointing and inconvenient. FYI: Can't login to website from mobile phone either. Only way I can login into my account is from a laptop or PC.

I find that the latest version seems to take quite a bit more time to use, particularly as it refuses to remember my selections. As of yesterday (8th November) I can only log in to this app if I disconnect from wi-fi. Bit of a pain.

The customer support side of things is appalling. I have asked for invoices for three orders, as I need them for my work. I have made the request OVER A MONTH AGO and still not received them. I contacted the customer support (chat, email and phone) and each time was told they're on it. Several attempts later I am still waiting. Why aren't invoices something generated automatically? Why do I have to go through this every time I get a prescription? I cannot stress enough how frustrating this is.

Update11/25 orders still fail. Useless app. Not exactly the best experience. The update recently was a downgrade. You have to re-login every time, AFTER you've done a biometric login. Also, the delivery and billing address sections are painful as they have to be respecified EVERY time. It feels like someone has spent extra time trying to work out how to be the most non user friendly. To top it off, my order just refuses to process, whilst web version works fine.
