You can now view and process your insurance, retirement pensions, loans, trusts, and funds on a single screen.

4. Claim Your Own and Third-Party Insurance at Once
You can easily file claims for not only your own insurance policies, but also third-party insurance policies using mobile photos.

5. Consistent Services Anywhere
You can access the same services anywhere through three digital channels (PC web, mobile web, and app).

6. Diverse and Convenient Authentication and Security
Simple password, biometrics (fingerprint (for Android), Face ID (for iPhone)),
Kakao Pay, Toss, Naver, Finance, and Joint Certificates are provided, and financial security has been further strengthened with digital OTP and security cards.

[Required Access Permissions]

- Phone Number: This permission is used to make calls and manage the app. This permission is used to verify app forgery prevention and log in history.

- Storage: This permission is used to access device photos, media, and files. This permission is used for joint certificate logins and transfers.

- List of installed apps: The Kyobo Life app collects, uses, and shares information about installed apps on your smartphone to prevent electronic financial transaction incidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (If an app requiring caution is detected, Kyobo Life app use is restricted.)
※ Required access permissions are essential for using Kyobo Life. Failure to grant these permissions will result in restricted service use.
※ Kyobo Life does not, in principle, collect any private information that may infringe on customer privacy. If necessary, Kyobo Life obtains separate consent from the customer and uses such information only for the purpose for which consent was given.

[Optional Access Permissions]

- Camera, Photos: Permission to take photos and access device photos, media, and files. This permission is used for document photography, such as when applying for accident insurance, signing up for IRP, or using user photos in Financial MyData. It also allows for document scanning, ISBN barcode scanning, and bookshelf photography when using the library service.
