I've had nothing but a good experience every time I go to this gym, Kevin one of the employees does a great job keeping up with maintaining a pleasant environment at the baseline and 24th st location.

LA fitness/esporta is kind of a pain to manage payments with or to get information on fees charged, etc. Especially for people who cannot go to the gym during 9-5 hours when "someone can help me in person". Information, payment changes and cancellations should be accessible through the site, app, or over the phone, just like it was like during COVID. Just taking advantage of people and letting them pay their membership dues anyway.

The gyms are fantastic but the hygiene usually sucks. Even on a slow day, you're lucky if the sanitation stations are stocked with wipes or sanitizer, and the bathrooms never have paper towels, even the ones that don't have air dryers.

This app helps with the check in process for Esporta, it was good at the beginning but now I can't even get a chance to see if any classes near me or any gyms near me. It is at times not worth having at all.

Terrible app. Don't forget your password or you have to reinvent the wheel to get back in. Even the staff at the club, who were very friendly and helpful were not able to get me. Logged back in. Imagine losing a customer because you wanted to hire a 5th grader to write the code...
