The tier index doesn't move at all. It stopped at Gold with 2 purchases left to Platinum, and I'm sure I've made at least 3 eligible purchases (online or otherwise).

the app is not working, it's hanging every time you open it. points are not credited for months and shown as pending

Shukran mobile app is not opening, it keeps showing loading , but never opens. surprising to see Landmark group is not able to fix their flagship app insipte of so many negative feedbacks. it's very embarrassing when you are at the counter and the app doesn't respond at all .
