Great for a total beginner like me. Ya gotta learn the basics, the names for everything first, before you can learn to put them in a sentence. Easy to learn, simple graphics, the quiz questions are weird sometimes (what would you find on a ship? Answer: book) but I'm really enjoying learning Hawai'ian.

First experience and lesson was fantastic. Interactive with many fun techniques, easy userface, slow and clear audio. To help make it five star, I recommend to leave the words up longer after choosing and pausing the timer until moved on because they disappear so quickly it makes it difficult to remember how to spell them. I enjoy the way the spelling games are. I also recommend to choose a new sound after picking an answer because it resembles an 'incorrect' sound. Mahalo!

Cool app but why limit the learning? There are other ways you can have a free and premium version that actually is functional (Lingodeer or Duolingo). Prices are far to high to just learn limited vocabulary, even with promotions. The best part of this app is that it has less commonly found languages, and the lessons are cute and fun, so its neat in that aspect, but the 5 minutes of the free version doesn't make me want to buy the premium, just makes me want to find another app honestly.

I speak hawaiian fluently and my friend was trying to learn of this app. She said that some of the phrases on the app didn't match Google and had me look at it...they are all WRONG. A couple of them were close for example they said hau moa means egg, but it means egg yolks. But most of them were just completely incorrect. DO NOT INSTALL THE INFO IS WRONG!

If you don't reveal at least one of your personal interests, they won't allow you to use the app. If you don't agree to try 1 week of premium, you can't use the app. That is where I stopped and uninstalled this app. What else am I going to be forced to reveal or agree to to use this app. I'll never know
