Useful but has flaws... you can only read 5 of the best reviews for any tasker; you cannot read any of the bad reviews if there are any. Moreover; I posted up two tasks and no takers for both of them and for the third one I thought of cancelling and the app wants to charge me a cancellation fee. These were 3 consecutive tasks that I tried to get somebody for on the same day - ie childcare. also - we had a carer who was not good and there is no way to block her from accepting future tasks

new user here, and i found that the customer service is terrible. I booked a massage for 2 people and selected 1 favorite tasker, I understand that the system will find the other tasker, but it was not. They cancel my booking without letting me know that I will get charged 30% anyway. I called back, and they told me that it's my job to check for the service fee. I was left speechless. this will be my last time using the service. even though i think the app is cool.

Very bad experience, Im in Jakarta Selatan but got no Tasker and cancellation charged IDR 20K, and Customer Service did not answer due to expiration order, I still lost IDR 109K Money in the App, not recommended.
