This is an edited review. In Oct 2025, i gave it 3 stars and commented that the circular graphs had been replaced by a single line that did not visually present progress. I also remarked completed payments take screen space. As of today 19th Nov, both issues have been addressed. Due to the fix and developer responsiveness, I'd like to review at 5 stars. Thanks Latitude.

What has happened to the interest free plan payment circles? They were a perfect visual for progress against interest free plans. The new designs with lines are overwhelming on the page, a huge regression in design

Reality Bites

Mostly works ok, but Latitude payment processes are still in the dark ages. If you make a payment via the service centre on the app, basically a direct debit from another account, it takes 5 days before the funds are "available" to spend. Absolutely prehistoric. One day, two at the most, would be acceptable.

Without a doubt the worst financial app and most unhelpful company I've ever had to deal with. Everything's fine until something goes wrong. I tried to redeem reward points...system didn't work and after several long chats and even longer phone calls and continual buck-passing between DJs and Latitude I've got absolutely nowhere and am owed hundreds of dollars. Be wary!!!!!
