The NowServing app helps connect you to your doctors, so you can receive the healthcare that you deserve.

The NowServing app (by SeriousMD) was originally built to help inform you about your queue position, so you can make the most of your time. Roam around the mall, finish chores, have some coffee and go back to the clinic when it’s almost your turn.

With the current situation with the pandemic, we've brought out a ton of new features to better keep both you and your doctors safe.

Today, the NowServing app also gives you a way to:
* Book a schedule with your doctor
* Chat with your doctor's staff to ask for schedules or ask minor questions
* You can be notified if the doctor is already IN and has started clinic
* You will be notified if the doctor cancelled the clinic due to an emergency
* You can now do online video consultations with your doctor
* Save transcripts of your online consult
* Have access to the prescriptions and other files sent to you by your doctor
* Receive your lab results from Hi-Precision
* Order medicines online and get it delivered straight to where you are
* Request home service COVID RT-PCR tests

We've also partnered with companies like Hi-Precision, Medicard, MedExpress and more to offer you more convenience.

Really convenient! I've been booking doctor's appointments and once the prescription is sent, you can also order medication within the application. The app is also very easy to understand and not complicated :)

If you want convenience and need a doctor's consultation, this is a good app. However, there is no option to leave a review about the doctors. There was this one doctor where it says that if I am late for 10 minutes, then my payment will be forfeited. She was late for 25 minutes. No apologies. And I thought it was just that one time. But for the follow up checkup, she was late for 20 minutes. Please put an option for patients to review the doctors.

This apps is useful to find doctors but after the payment the problem starts.. and the extra payment for the poor people is not helpful. am just thankful for Dra. Taganon she's accomodating and very compassionate doctor.

My booking said there were 5 people ahead of me, BUT when I got to the clinic I still had to sign up to the clinic's "actual" queue. I was advised the NowServing queue # is just to ensure I'll still be attended by the doc even after the cut off time.

I'm so happy DrAnywhere launched their app It's now our go to online consultation app. Now serving is useless Aside from the it not being as user friendly as DrAnywhere the doctors are usually not taking HMOs or not available at all The only downside on Dr.A is that it's not accepting Intellicare I already suggested this to Intellicare and my company as well of considering going back to Maxicare It just so happens that I have both HMOs But my youngest son only has Intellicare. DL DrAnywhere now!
