มีการปรับปรุง และพัฒนาตลอด ตอนนี้กลับมาใช้แระ สั่งอาหารออนไลน์ กรณีรายการอาหารผิดพลาด ให้ไปติดต่อร้านค้าเอง คือ ให้ไปโวยวายใส่ร้านอาหารเองหรอคะ เราสั่งอาหารไปเป็นข้าวผัด แล้วทางร้านลืมไข่ดาว ให้ไปติดต่อกับร้านอาหารเอง ไม่เอาอ่ะค่ะ ให้ไปทะเลาะกับร้านเพราะลืมไข่ดาว ไม่ใช้บริการสั่งอาหารออนไลน์อีกแล้วค่ะ บาย

1.น่าจะมี feature ban ร้านค้า/ไรเดอร์ นะ รำคาญพวกที่ชอบกดยกเลิก ทำลูกค้าเสียเวลา 2.ทำไมให้ร้านค้าปิดร้านเองได้ เลือกๆอยู่ตั้งนาน พอจะสั่ง เอ้าปิดเฉย ยังไม่ถึงเวลาร้านปิดเลย ควรจะทำให้มันเป็นระบบมากกว่านี้ 3.ตะกร้าควรเพิ่มจำนวนมากกว่านี้ มีแค่ 10 ไม่พอหรอก 4.order ที่2 ไม่เห็นจะส่งฟรีเลย

Very disappointed with my first experience using the application. It took over 2 hours and 30 minutes to deliver my food because the Lineman app sent my delivery person to do multiple pick-ups and deliveries after my order was picked. I feel sorry for the delivery person because if they refuse to do the deliveries in between, they are banned for making deliveries for 3 days. Sad that corporations bully their delivery people even when they try to provide good service for the customers.

Be aware, this all is not the app for tourists and foreigners. Don't expect it to work as well as GrubHub, Doordash, etc. The GPS and the delivery address are designed for Thais. You need to check the delivery address "every time" you order. Do not assume the default delivery address is the address you select for HOME. I learned my lesson a hard way.
