The Doctor is so slow respons, it's like they only takes the money and intentionally not reply the chat until the time session ends. Follow-Up : CS acted quickly. I didn't check my email, but suddenly I received a refund notification. Halodoc was quickly in processed this issue, even tho I didn't respond to the email. I won't use that specific doctor service anymore because I personaly upset with her but Halodoc team indeed worked quickly and great in this issues. Thank you 👍🏻

Sorry terpaksa harus merubah rating, krn pelayanan yg beberapa kali order sangat tdk memuaskan. Ketika anak sy sedang sakit dan saya butuh obatnya segera, tetapi aplikasi malah mengarahkan orderannya dari Apotek yg jaraknya 18km dari rumah saya, disatu sisi kasian juga kan drivernya harus mengantarkan orderan sebegitu jauh. Padahal di daerah rumah saya radius 5km itu ada apotek juga dan buka 24jam, obat yg sy beli pun bukan obat ethical.

Ngawur sih dokternya ngasih resep, konsul ke Sp.Og karena masalah menstruasi tidak lancar waktu mau tebus resep ke apotek malah apotekernya bilang kalo obat yg diresepin dokternya buat penunda menstruasi. pas konsul yg waktunya cuma 30 menit juga gak fast respon, keluhan udah ditulis panjang lebar ujung supaya cepet kasih konsulan malah ditanyain pertanyaan yg udah dijelasin. Gak worth it sama sekali sama harga yg harus dibayar sekali konsul 😡👎🏻
