We get an excellent talent inventory in LI Recruiter! the challenge is to locate the one you are looking for! Talents do not strictly key the necessary and relevant data in the most appropriate way.. that's the only reason I think you need to struggle to reach them on LI!

Buggy, often menus fail to pop up. Also cannot change search criteria via mobile app, it constant reverts to the original search. Not ready for primie time quite yet. But, it is great when it works

Notifications issue fixed, thanks, but it STILL crashes every time I search a candidate in the Messages section and click on the searched name! Please fix!

Can't run a recruiter search from mobile device. Says there are no candidates for a simple job title that would have millions globally. Provides an error page when attempting to use the location search. Rendering the app almost pointless, aside from being able to see InMails. Why you can't just access these via LinkedIn's main app is beyond me. To go beyond this, LI recruiter is useless. The AI searching is awful. It splits up boolean searches. From a user perspective I don't rate it.
