I order my prescription and get a delivery date, then I keep getting messages to order my prescription over and over again which is quite annoying.

It would be nice if the app didn't keep crashing. Very frustrating, plus why do you need to keep making a new app frequently. I would not choose to use it except that I have been assured by the telephone staff that it has been updated and is more reliable. I have yet to see this assurance! It has taken 6 separate attempts this morning to book my next delivery Not very impressed I'm afraid!

Appears initially to be ok but is full of errors when you attempt to navigate it. I often have to follow up with an email to clarify the information provided on this app, so therefore makes a nonsense of the app. Worse still, this has been ongoing for months with no apparent remedial work having been undertaken to date.
