ℹ️Instructions & Info:
Make sure your device is connected through USB cable to your computer. Once connected you should have a notification from the Android System, upon clicking you should be brought to the menu where you can change your USB preference. Make sure to select MIDI in this menu for the app to work!
The drum rack and keyboard screen will send midi note on and note off values with touch events, value of the note will correspond to what you see on the screen. These will work out of the box.
You can move freely up and down in octaves using the volume buttons of your device!
The Touch controller requires that you first map the values for the X and Y coordinates of the touch event, to a controllable numeric parameter in your DAW.
To do so easily, first enable MIDI mapping in your DAW, then touch ONCE in the app where it says "Touch to map X values", this will send a midi event to the DAW, as if you are moving a physical controller, so you'll be able to see it in your DAW and map it to whatever parameter you prefer.
Then you can repeat the process again for the Y values, at this point the app should already say "Touch to map Y values".
If anything goes wrong, or you simply want to control new parameters, you can re-map X and Y from scratch by clicking on reload 🔃 icon.
With the ✏️ pencil icon you can assign names to the X and Y axis for ease of use. I tested this primarily with Ableton but the app is DAW agnostic and communicating using only MIDI information, so any DAW should work! Feel free to contact if something doesn't work!
