There's no customer service on the app. The website os heaps better. And no matter how many times I put my dob in, it always puts it 1 day prior. The app is clunky and annoying. I'm deleting it.

Promotion code did not work 1st time on APP

the app is way harder than shopping on website. it doesn't have all my details on it, and hard to update address. after all the effort the shopping was processed but locked my gift card. and second time I tried, discount code wasn't working. won't use app again.
