Shift2Cal is designed for people with variable hours who still receive their shift rota on paper, as a PDF or in chat. Many people today manage shifts with photos in WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging apps, or with sheets pinned to a board and random screenshots. That’s exactly where this app comes in: instead of rewriting everything by hand, you open the app, frame the shift image, and it takes care of the rest.

At its core there’s artificial intelligence: it reads the image, automatically recognizes days, times and shift names, and turns them into clean, consistent events. You simply check that everything is correct, choose where to add them, and in a few seconds you get a clear work calendar, ready to use.

Shifts are saved to your preferred calendar: Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, TimeTree and other compatible services. This way you keep using the calendar you already know, but with your shifts always up to date and synced across your devices.
