I like the app overall, only things that would be great is if we can get a version that works on tablets, make the stops to where they're back in order, and lastly, have it to where when 2 people are running the app, all parties can refresh the app and get updates on what's delivered or not, that way everyone that needs to know can know. Also maybe get a feature to where the customer can look on the app and see exactly where we are, only, when we are in route to their home.

All the issues I brought to the developers were fixed shortly after I left some feedback about adding an actual map to see the route it was added quickly I no longer have issues with the service check list glitch👍But I will say I still have issues with closing stops occasionally... I'll check everything off sign take pics etc and the blue complete button doesn't light up and the order would still be in complete status

It works good but i have to unistall and intall it again every morning because when i put the assets it stays on loading unless i reinstall it every morning. i think is only on android devices. please fix this asap!!

App is trash. I should be receiving a paycheck every week from the makers of this app because using it is a job all on its own. You go to snap a photo and it opens the map. Try to upload a photo and it won't. I close out stops it's not going through. It shows a red line with exclamation point in a red circle and it stays like that all day even though I have 5g and full service.

Terrible, clumsy, poorly programmed, not user friendly, crashes constantly, connection issues, glitches, it collects your private data but can't collect the info you're trying to upload, I've been in this industry for a while and never had to use such a nerve-wracking app. Edit 4/21/25 Who instead of fixing the internal issues this app has, thought it would be a good idea to update the UI into an even more lagged glitch rigged clumsier even slower version??? couldn't you fix the app first???
