Wow! I'm impressed & will definitely be placing an order. I tried the virtual color. I was absolutely in love w/ Pic! Excellent Results/Recommendation! (Blonde huh? 🤔 Looks good) A little confusing saving pictures. Its odd even 4 tech enthusiast. It doesn't save right away. must click allow & choose where to share aka save. It made me feel happy to see color result! That's not an easy feat especially for app. I can't wait to order! Must have good light 4 good color results!

I've been using Madison Reed for years, but when the app updated, all my history and info disappeared. Oh well. I planned to try a new color anyway.

The hair color is terrific, but I mix two colors according to a stylist's recommendations and my subscription only allows me to choose one color at a time. This forces me to change the color periodically. When I try to change the color, my chosen color doesn't come up as a recommendation, so I have to go to the list of all colors and find it. I have to go through this process every few weeks, which is annoying.

Concept of app works great for an iphone user, but it is terrible on an Android phone. It doesn't load correctly without restarting app, allow for self check-in, etc.

This app sucks! It freezes every time I try to book an appointment. It gives me the option to either continue or exit from one screen, but I can’t actually do either of them. Also, I once called customer service bc I wasn’t sure if my upcoming appointment was included in my membership, and the AI was completely useless. It said something like: “Your 2 appointments are 5 weeks apart. Your membership covers 1 app every 6 weeks. Therefore, your next app is free of charge" which was obviously wrong.
