the issue with the app subscription access was resolved thru new update. Good customer service. still some app problems related to not fully developed product. In Opposites section, the monkey pops up too soon, so it's impossible to hear the name of the opposite, so the children cannot learn it by themselves without the adult present and say the word.

Was a great app till I paid a yearly subscription and then the free trial popped up after a month so I thought maybe I didn't get the yearly subscription so I choose monthly payments. After our first monthly payment the "trial add" came up again and can't access the app. This is a great app and if you could fix this issue I'd be happy to continue using the app. But I am now cancelling my subscription. Good app but I can't get the premium version coz I don't have iTunes but I think there should be the option of others getting it not everyone has ifone n iTunes I hope this gets fixed coz it's a good app for what my wee boi got to play it seems good compared to the others I'd purchased n later cancelled this one is much better with everything offered on premium plz fix it for Android I'd luv to buy it I'd be happy to upgrade my review when we can get this sorted 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I really love the idea of this app. my 3 year old special needs son seems to respond to it. I have had tons of trouble using it. I can't not down load it to use off line which is a major reason I subscribed. I have contacted the developer multiple times. they have responded but nothing resolved my issues. now I can not use the app because it locks up and freezes before it kicks me out. I have installed it on multiple devices. Google play will not refund. developer also has not refunded
