With the new MAPFRE Salud app you can:
· Manage your insurance through personalized communications so that you are always up to date.
· Request an appointment or authorization for a diagnostic test.
· Talk to a doctor by video consultation or through a chat to answer your questions immediately and without having to travel.
In short, a new app so that using your insurance is comfortable and taking care of the well-being of your health is a priority.
These are some of the main improvements that we have incorporated into the new MAPFRE Salud app to take care of you and your loved ones:
· Medical List: new search engine based on the needs of each person. It is not the same to look in the medical chart to go to the emergency room than to go to a specialist.
· Medical Appointment: we simplified the process of making an appointment from the app and incorporated geolocation, so that you can safely find upcoming available appointments more easily.
· Authorizations and Refunds: we include specific notifications so that processing any of these two steps is more transparent.
· Telemedicine: we include 5 new medical chat specialties that help prevent diseases (Nutrition, Personal Trainer, etc.) and, in addition, we integrate immediate 24-hour video consultation in the new app so you can talk to an emergency doctor quickly. Both services will enjoy the electronic prescription if the health professional considers it so.
