3. They download Sidee (available on Android & iOS) and enter the code
4. You're connected
You Control What They See:
Choose what notifications your buddy receives:
• Minimal: Only when you miss a check-in
• Balanced: When you miss check-ins or report a relapse
• Full Support: Every check-in, relapse, or missed day
