Mindbooster Blue is a depression improvement program app for office workers, based on cognitive behavioral therapy known to be effective in reducing symptoms of depression. Created by clinical psychology experts, you can learn and practice how to deal with depressed mood on your own without experts.

Mind Booster Blue is a total of 28 sessions, and can be used for 10-15 minutes daily. When you start the program, we recommend a program tailored to each individual's depressive symptoms through an assessment. Through an individualized program, record your mood every day to track changes, and use a thought log to find and change thoughts that make you depressed. You can also relax your body and mind anytime, anywhere using the relaxation helper.
