I first subscribed back in 2013/2014, it was all good at first, just when downloading magazines it took a lot of time to download even when using private wifi. Now, I am back subscribing since last March, but after a few months, magazines I downloaded won't reload. When I open existing and new issues, it said "articles not available, out of connectivity, etc". I tried times to uninstalled & reinstalled the app on both of my smartphones, not working. Unsubscribed, until these issues fixed.

Not what I expected. I thought it would show me articles like seventeen magazine. Com does but on mobile. But it only showed me magazines to buy. Kinda thought it would be like the buzzfeed app.

This app does not work for me on my galaxy S9. Issues won't open at all and downloads won't work. I signed up for the free trial but will most likely cancel to avoid paying money every month for an app that doesn't even work. Edit: I have contacted customer service multiple times and not once been given any real help. Same issues. App is unusable. Way to go cosmo. You've lost a subscriber. I'm uninstalling this app.
