**Update: The app has been so much improved recently. Chapter divisions are great, no more glitches, to notch content. IThe biggest problem with Canon+ is that there are no chapter divisions in the books. The app is a bit glitchy, and when I come back to a book, there is a 50/50 chance my book location has not been saved. This means wading through the hours, minutes and seconds to find my place, something not to be done while driving, where I most often listen to audiobooks.

I landed on four stars- 5 stars for content, 3 for app performance. Averaged it out to four. Incredible value considering how many books I don't have to buy because I can listen to them right on the app. The kids books are excellent. Frustrating that the app doesn't always recall where I left off in any particular audiobook, though. Certainly not frustrating enough to stop using it, but needs improvement nonetheless.

I would like to start with the content, fantastic content, great for families. the down side is the lack of casting options. I feel like in 2025 not being able to cast to a Chromecast is blatant laziness from the developer. the app is hard to navigate and not very intuitive. if they would fix those things I would gladly get the service again.
