MD ONBOARD started its journey by listening.
Meeting with many of the leading commercial and business aviation companies and industry experts, we discovered both gaps and opportunities that revealed a clear path to transform an industry.
Our vision was to build the world’s most advanced remote medical advisory service, while empowering aviation clients to make informed decisions when managing the risks associated with medical events.
With the directive of building unsurpassed crew confidence and capability, we have built a truly remarkable integrated system, which includes advanced training-related services, medical kit audit and upgrade recommendations, agile coordination with medical ground support, as well as proprietary reporting, analysis, and benchmarking services.
MD ONBOARD draws its strength from one of the world’s most robust and innovative healthcare ecosystems—Northwell Health and its world-class Center for Emergency Medical Services (CEMS) infrastructure. In addition to CEMS, Northwell has experience of special relevance to MDOB’s service offer: its global refurbishment center, training academy, air helicopter ambulance and organ transport programs, and expansive international telemedicine services.
