Yes the App is working after registering on the webpage. On mobile App registration is not happening. I have used the App now and it is working absolutely fine. Thanks.

App worked well for 5 months. Now it does not work with my Galaxy 10 plus it keeps crashing. It have spoken with Medion customer service and they have said eta on this app problem being fixed is the 5th January 2020. My advice with anyone having this problem use your Google home to turn smart devices on and off until they can fix this app. I hope this helps everyone who is having problems atm.

I had been logged out of my Life+ account and had been unable to get back in. The Password Reset emails did not arrive. I rang the Australian Medion customer support number and spoke to someone who told me that the the system has been down for a couple of weeks and nobody can get in. He took my phone number and said they would contact me when the system is back up. When it was working, the App was 3-4 stars, but currently 2 is as good as it gets.

Used to be a great app and great products but now will not run on Google Pixel 3 device, crashing at start up every time. I am now unable to manage these devices in my house. I tried raising ticket on line but site is in German, even English version has German answers to english questions. Real shame and I will not be buying any more of these devices until it's fixed. Been broken for too long, I guess it's also no longer supported.
