I did several tests but my health records do not show my Lab Results and Imaging results. Appointments, medications and charging summary works well, please fix results for 5 stars. Update 9/May/2025 - Updating from 1 stars to 4 stars. Imaging results have been updated. It would be great if the actual image, example: x-ray or mri, is display as an image or a downloadable file. Also, two important features - visitation/treatment history along with medical certificate would give perfect score.

I have changed mobile and transfer everythings from old mobile to the new one. Try to uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I still could not open the app. The app was freezed on the passcodr page. And I could not even signing out. It was really useful app. Please fix this.

It used to work, but now it won't accept my pass code, and when I click "forgot passcode" and then "sign out" nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it's the same problem. I can't login and I can't logout to reset the password.
