Medscape is phenomenal, the articles are well explained and somewhat updated, although some haven't been reviews since 2 or more years, it'd be cool if the articles had more images in them, with figures the information in a paragraph would be easier to understand, overall great app if you can't afford something like up to date

the current update has bugs eGFR calculator CKD-EPI is not showing valid options of gender and race selection please rectify as this update is having issues

This app is a must have for any physician for quick access to basic info and is actually detailed enough for daily use. It practically replaces your Medicine textbooks. Unfortunately this otherwise perfect app is marred by intrusive and unavoidable ads that get triggered with even simple scrolling which is incredibly annoying. Often I just avoid the app now and use Up-to-date on the hospital computer to avoid the ads. A once great app has been ruined by ads that have made it virtually unusable.

Phone dialer doesn't work for Android. The calls continually go TO my office number instead of having that number show up on the caller ID of my patients. AND....not only does it call my office number, the number I am trying to call shows up on the caller ID at my office. It's backwards! Addendum: Phone dialer now gone completely for Android. Is it being updated?
