Foods are divided into categories and small, medium and large portions are available for each dish to suit your appetite. Each portion corresponds to a dedicated photo.
To always have the nutritional values of the meals you eat most often at hand, you can add them to your favorites by selecting the heart icon.
The “Add to my meal” function allows you to automatically add carbohydrates, fats and proteins without having to do the manual calculation.
