The app seems to have been redesigned because it is very modern and way cleaner than before, great work

The app used to crash on all kinds of actions but now finally seems fixed. Still a glitch or two (website thinks I'm a bot on check-in and blocks me), but retrying worked. Thank you for fixing the app and giving it the love it desperately needed.

I need to add another bag to my return flight as I forgot to add it when I made the booking.when looking to add a bag on the app It brings me to a spot Add Baggage, I tap on it, and I get a page with my name on it and then nothing else, I tap my name and it does nothing, there is nowhere on their website either that will allow me to add a bag absolutely dreadful Later on the same day, I decided to give it another go and it finally worked,

I have trouble with this app every time I use it. When I'm close to purchasing a flight, I've gotten kicked out of the app and had to start all over with the search and entry portion only to find the flight price has increased dramatically. I also booked a flight last (after being kicked out), added it to "My Bookings" and today when I went on the app to look at the flight details, my booking wasn't found - maddening!

While the app has the option to use it withou an account, it's not practical at all! First, there will be like 5 screens that will pop up where you need to confirm you are using the app as a guest. When you finally type the booking code to check the flight details, you cannot exit the app, otherwise you will have to go through the whole process again and type the booking code again. Just awful, hire a new team to design a proper app.
