So unstable. Every claim takes multiple tries. Often just hangs before submission, after repeated filling of the same form.

Rubbish app. Unable to do anything. Cannot submit my claims, can't get my medical card nor view panel clinic. Contacted insurer, Mercer then benefits you app administrator. It's been more than a week since issue has been flagged and still no response. Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish!!
