I have been playing this game for a while now. Was fun until patients started to get stuck and wouldn't go to bed at ? Instead would just stand there with arms out. I reported with screenshots to customer service and no resolve. A lot of players had same issue. Edit..issue been fixed. Changed rating to 4 stars

I played all the way to the end I even contacted the team for new level.i did get .I had to buy another phone but to come back can't log back in to where I left off. I'm not about to play level.s again that's crazy wow.

After changing from gossip to fever I lost everything. Had over 1 thousand gems, hundreds of boosters, and spent over $200.00 on golden pass. I can't figure out why it didn't link to my account. I've sent e mail but heard nothing back. This would get 5 star but it sent me clear back to the first level. I even had auto heaters and beds on koyto and another one.

Been stuck in endless mode for months! They can't seem to work in developing new levels. Would be a fun game if they would stop adding new things (are also not fully functional) and focus on completing what they already developed. Boring to play what you've already played for months in end.
