The app is user-friendly, making it simple and fast for employees to add time records to their weekly timesheets and submit for approval. Employee can also easily document and handle their expenses. Employees can thus spend their time productively, doing what they were hired to do, and avoid burdensome administration and registration.

For employees in the app:
• Straightforward and simple time tracking
• Weekly timesheets can be pre-filled, the hours simply need to be confirmed
• Record time for different types of activities - work or leave
• Record time in hours or time intervals
• Submit the timesheet for approval

For administration at www.mileagebook.com:
• Create weekly timesheet that are flexible and can be adapted to your time recording needs
• Create activities that reflect the company's activities. Choose whether a note must be filled in on an activity
• Assign the weekly timesheet to individual employees or entire departments
• Set up an approval flow
• Activate email reminders for employees and approvers
With the new expense management module users can now also document their expenses and send them for approval at their employeer.
