Take control of your mind and heart using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Sometimes our mind reacts to difficult situations with automatic negative thoughts. These thoughts sometimes make our negative emotions more powerful. This app is a simple interactive log that allows you to match up your negative thoughts with cognitive distortions.

This process of identifying cognitive distortions and finding rational positive thoughts to counteract the negative thoughts can powerfully affect your emotions for the better.

FEATURES:

INTERACTIVE MOOD LOG:
After describing an emotionally significant situation, identify emotions and negative thoughts. Identify cognitive distortions, and then find positive thoughts to counteract the negative thoughts. Finally, review your thoughts and emotions and look for improvement or areas needing more work.

MOOD LOG REVIEW:
Have the option of saving your logs to be reviewed at a later time to help you see trends or patterns.
