I gave it 5 stars because the game is great, but in this review I will only talk about what I think should be improved. Delivery times and difficulty obtaining materials. It takes hours to complete the delivery, and we need to craft decorations to get more dogs, but to make a level 13 decoration, we need around 180 supplies. This takes one to two days IF you have all the materials at once. I've already had the game stopped for a week to do a decoration. I LOVED THE GAME ANYWAY

I used to absolutely love this game. I could save the data, delete the app, and come back. Today, I re-download both Cat Game and Dog Game. While Cat Game reloaded my progress, Dog Game did not. When contacting support, I was told they needed the username with the specific four digit code at the end, which I don't have because I can't access the file and don't have it written down because that data would usually load. I lost all of my premium event dogs because of this. Update: Support found it

Fix the boost glitch pleaseee!! Some people can't use their boosts because it crashes the game!

this game has some adorable art, however not only does it heavily push you to pay to play with some dogs being locked behind paywalls but it often offers for you to respin for some baskets in return for watching an ad however AFTER watching the ad - the entire game crashes or just goes to a black screen and becomes unresponsive, if you close out & restart the game (which is the only way to bypass it), your respin is gone even though you just watched an entire ad.

Used to love this game, but not so much anymore. Came back to it after not playing for a while, only to have somehow lost my account, and the purchases I made on that account. Been trying to sort out a refund or those purchases put onto my new account for the last few days and customer support really don't seem to care nor want to help. I'm not impressed. I hardly spend real money on games, and to have lost it all and not get anything back is ridiculous. Uninstalling.
