This is the worst app in Saudi Arabia. What is the use of the app if it asks you all the time to call support services?! Apps are made so that you DON'T need to call support services!!! The other thing us that everything is dimmed! So, why does anyone bother themselves to install it!!? I wonder if this app is even legal?! Is it?! They have no right to collect money from individuals to let them know their credit profiles or statuses! If they have to collect money, they should get it from banks!
