Fantastic app. Fast and secured. The only feedback I can give is to stop asking to login using mobile number and national ID everytime I open. I know it is for security concerns, but as per the current economy- digital transactions are becoming automatic- without OTP requirements and authorization. Not saying to ignore authorization, at least, reducing the frequency of asking for login info would be very helpful. Overall: Mobily is the best in customer service and friendly transactions.

Please add Keep me logged in option. every time we have to enter user name and password to login. also add show password option while typing password..
App sucks after upgrade. I am unable to recharge/add money to activate a plan. It just throws an error Saying "There was a problem with the bank". I have tried all kinds of cards, Visa credit, Visa debit, Mada Debit cards. Alrajhi, D360, Emirates NBD cards. There is no other way to recharge mobily as the website directs to app for recharge and the app has bugs.
