I definitely recommend meogo for anyone starting up their grooming business or wanting something more user friendly! The support team for meogo are always super helpful and usually respond right away. The automated messages and responses are so nice, especially being able to go through and edit them whenever you need. Learning booking, check-in/out and taking payment was super easy and continues to be easy to use. I've had no real issues with Meogo and think they are doing an amazing job!

MoeGo has been a fairly easy software to use and their support team has always been pretty quick to reply and come up with a solution for any questions or comments I have. The app is quick easy and pretty intuitive. Some settings, like grooming reports & mapping certain areas for certain days, aren't on the app that are on desktop version and vice versa so I do hope that they update that and that's my only issue. But they are constantly making updates to better their software which is awesome!

The app is great,but . . . Recently,I lost my wallet. Had to cancel it to have a new one sent. Unfortunately, it happened the day the payment was due. They only gave me one days grace to change the payment method before they completed shut off all acess to the app. Grooming notes, client address and even the support functions were disabled. I called, they don't accept phone support, I sent an email, they've have yet to get back to me in the last 3 days. I can't even pay using checking acc number

NOT FREE. Free to download, sure. but it forces you to pick a monthly plan, only after you put in all your information. Feels misleading. minimal monthly plan was $45 a month, for the basicas. not something I can easily afford when I'm starting a brand-new business.

Keeps stopping. For basic plan in the beginning like 4 days ago it was $30 for one user then they decided to go up to $50 plus they're forcing you to buy a debit processor. Call to try to get support there is no one and they do not return calls so I don't know what you do in case of an emergency. I force this app to close and I am erasing its data and uninstalling Good luck if you're going to use this not worth it even if it were free
