i have used moonpay on sveral occasions in the past to fund crypto wallet.4 days ago as i was about to make a prchse, the app tossd up a verification prompt.i follow the verificatn procss,AGAIN,then i got verificatn faild.no solutn in the app, the AI bot open a tcket, up until tday-4 days latr, still no reply!! im gettn very scared of this compny!!🤷🏾‍♂️UPDATE:6 days latr i was re-verifid! if somethng new comes up to do, push it thru the app notficatn-dont wait till a prch to be made...🤷🏾‍♂️

horrible experience extremely high processing fees not to mention it charged me 3 times just to move money just to send me what I was getting back because they "couldn't verify me" and gave me no way to get verified. customer support was unreachable I recommend nobody uses this app I flag it as fraudulent for sure and I am extremely disappointed in there so called service.
