As an installer who uses this app on a daily basis to close my task first of all I must say it is very friendly and fast for the successful provisioning once..but however the number of FAILED PROVISIONING is quiet alarming I think it should be look into and quickly resolve with a new update...there should be a prompt when ever a wrong parameters are been entered in a wrong field instead of allowing the parameters in and later cause it to fail and then resolved back to the old way of activation
