Do NOT use this app for rides to and from downtown Minneapolis. I've been told by drivers that it is the wrong app. This app doesn't work for express service busses. MVTA, why not add express passes to this app? Otherwise, I have found this app helpful for planning my trip to and from downtown Minneapolis.

Lately when I try to book a ride, the app or map doesn't recognize my address, and it gives me someone else's! Then I have to call customer service to get one booked! Then I have to pay cash when I get on the bus. Even though I have purchased tickets in my account! Which is another inconvenience, finally this new app is suppose to help with long wait times, WRONG! There were times when I waited up to 40 minutes! Then your driver doesn't even apologize!
