Fantastic Download speed and also Very Good upload speed. However, 4 star rating for airtel's service to be more refined and tuned also. I'm a prepaid customer. why 4 rating is that, I was using a plan which was to expire say 12 days to go. I thought let's recharge for the next plan in advance 12 days before expiry the current one. I did a recharge the next one and saw that next plan got activated with the existing one. It made me irritated. This not to be happened in future anymore. pls
