There are people that go to the Trail, BC A & W location in the morning to get their coffee and breakfast before going to work. The big pet peeve here is having to wait right to the last second before opening up. The people that were there this morning told me that they wouldn't open up one minute early. This has happened frequently and this morning they said to heck with it and went to Tim Hortons.

Every time I try to place an order, the app prompts me to find the closest location. The problem I always run into is that the app is unable to find my location or allow me to use the search, saying there's "something wrong on their end." The only solution to this problem is to uninstall the app (sometimes more than once). It's happened 3-4 times, and when I try to report a bug through the app I am taken to a blank screen. Besides this problem, the app works just fine and the offers are good.

For months now, when I try to place an order, the app keeps telling me to find my nearest location, and then says "there is a problem at our end". You can't use the Offers, or your points. People at the store (act like they) have no idea, or what to do about it. Then, your choices are either to leave, or to buy something at regular price. It leads me to believe this is a scam by A&W. I was a loyal customer, but because of this, I only eat there when I have no other option.
