STuC calculates the expansion of a steam turbine acc. the IAPWS steam table
„STuC– Steam Turbine Calculator FREE“ calculates the expansion of saturated or superheated steam of a straight condensing or backpressure turbine acc. the IAPWS water steam table.
You can easily edit the boundary conditions by the app sliders. For each calculation inlet pressure, inlet temperature and exhaust pressure are mandatory. Turbine power, volumetric flows and exhaust temperature can be calculated.
Do you want more? Specific enthalpy, specific entropy, superheating and steam content are available at STuC PRO. You can also switch between power, mass flow and efficiency calculation.
All input values can be entered by sliders or directly as value.
